Embroidered

Sweater Dress: Thrift Jacket: Bebe, Circa 2000

I decided to pull out this jacket today. I haven't worn it in years. I honestly don't know why I still have it, it's just one of those things I never got rid of. It was a perfect jacket for a cold day like today, 50 degrees is mighty chilly to me. I don't know why I bother writing where I get things because the majority of things are thrift/one of a kind. I guess just out of habit, and I will continue to do it because I'm not too good at breaking habits :). Anyways I got this at the random thrift store I went to last week and I just adore the embroidery along the collar. Also, notice my classy fishnet stockings. I really didn't think I would wear these after Halloween but somehow they work with this outfit.

I hope everyone had a glorious weekend, mine has been spent working but my true weekend starts on Tuesday and I can't wait!

PS: My camera has not been co-operating lately, hence the blurry pictures.

Fabulous dress on you! Love the detail. I would have had to shorten so much to wear it, but it would be worth it. I thrift so much of my wardrobe! It's addicting...

I ADORE that most of what you're wearing is thrifted. You have your own look for sure.

And I wore fishnets yesterday as well, and I don't think they're necessarily "wrong" outside Halloween; they can definitely work.

Hey Megan! Can't tell the coat is from Bebe, it's very lovely indeed. Love your sweater dress! It's so pretty! Love the embroidery. Your photos aren't too blurry, can't tell that they're blurry! Hope you had a good weekend :) What font would you like for your blog button? :)

This dress is wonderfully elegant in a granny kind of way. (I mean that as a compliment.) And the fishnets perfectly balance it out. You have such a sweet blog and great style!

Sure no problem! Sorry I picked a photo you didn't like... sad face. I actually had three photos in mind... but I guess I picked the wrong one! Damn. Is the font okay though? Can you send me a link to your favorite photo please? That will probably be easier :) I can do it in photoshop after I get the link, woo!

And... why does your computer at work hate my blog? Boo. Does it just not load? I think someone else had a problem with it too... maybe it's the computer or the connection or the browser? I use Firefox.
