Giveaway Winner and High Waisted Jeans

Jeans: Vintage Top: Vintage

It's another freezing day in southern california. Don't let the sunshine fool you, the wind chill is unbearable. So I had to wear jeans AGAIN. This is three days in a row. I don't even know the last time I have worn jeans this many times in the same week. But wind makes wearing a skirt a little bit risky, so I chose pants to stay on the safe side!

I completely forgot to post the winner of my giveaway yesterday! I choose the winner through a random number generator and out of 166 comments. The winner is... DRUM ROLL.....

#79, Marissa Explains! Just for fun I'm posting her answer:

this is a perfect bag! I love the design!!!
I would go to the London in the 1960's...Twiggy is my all time favorite fashion icon and I would really love to see her in action.

I had so much fun reading your answers, if you haven't gotten a chance and have some extra time on your hands today I would suggest reading all of the comments I received for my giveaway some of your answers were so though provoking. I would just like to thank everyone again for participating, there will me more giveaways to come!

christ, chica, IS THERE ANYTHING YOU DON'T LOOK GOOD IN? i think you could single-handedly bring "mom" jeans back. SERIOUSLY. was thinking about it today at work, I couldn't wait to get home and see what YOU wore, LOL!

Congrats to the winner, and here's to another day!

I'm so jealous of what your closet must look like. I have to wear jeans pretty much 7 days a week for I haven't the time to scour the world for cute skirts yet this spring. I shall have to try out the highwaisted mom jeans look. And congrats to the winner of the bag!!

i usually do the exact same thing- once my hair fades (it usually lasts for about 2 weeks, it's awful), i buy a cheap box dye and stain my bathroom walls during application. hopefully this new do will keep me satisfied for a little longer... but i doubt it.

where is your hat from, by the way?! is it thrifted? i always mean to ask because i'm in love with it.

i'm in LA so often... we should definitely hang out sometime! i've never been thrifting in your area, i'd be down for an adventure.

The shirt and the pants are amazing.
It's not much easy to wear something vintage. Sometimes you rsk to look like an old woman, but in your case the outfit is great! very fresh, stylish and feminine!
