First of all, I must explain this last picture. This is the face I make when, as I explained in a previous post, I'm not happy with the pictures Jeff is taking. This would be right before I bark an order at him. It was too good not to post, he captured the moment absolutely perfectly!
Now onto my outfit; I'm feeling very Americana today. I found this sweater a while back at an antique mall and automatically snatched it up. I mean how could I not buy something that says, "Coke is it?" And I feel like the person who owned this skirt before me bought it on a grand summer vacation, perhaps at the Hamptons back in the 1950's, and spent the summer sipping martinis by the pool with the closest of her friends all while wearing this pretty little skirt. Now I know this is all my imagination, but it is always interesting to me to picture what memories the previous owner of my clothing experienced in a particular piece. Just another reason I love vintage!

I'm in love with that skirt, I've been searching for one with a unique print like that, but no luck yet!
Also I think when your boyfriend takes your pictures, your allowed to be a little controlling of the pictures. I know I do the exact same thing, which is why I end up taking a lot of them by tripod now, to spare my boyfriend, even though he says he doesn't mind.
