The Pier

Skirt: Thrift Tank: BDG Shoes: Tory Burch

Yes it's the shoes again. I get much more use out of these than I expected to. And, I need to mention that my little sister helped my mother pick them out. I got a call from her yesterday, and she wasn't too pleased at my addmition.

Also I want to introduce you all to my first sponsor Ramona West Vintage. I have been approached by many other companies about sponsorships, but none of them have lived up to my specific criteria. I've always said that in order for me to work with a company I have to believe in the product, 100%. After all, it's my blog, and I don't want to inundate my readers with businesses I wouldn't shop at myself. Then I received an email from the people at Ramona West Vintage, and instantly knew I would love to work with them.  Their online store is like going to your favorite vintage store without having to sift through piles and piles of unappealing garments.  Instead, all of the gems of your local thrift shop are compiled into one, simple to navigate, store.  So, go check out their selection - I'm sure that you'll find something you'll love.

i totally agree about accepting sponsorships from companies that are relevant to the content of your blog. i was recently approached by a store that sold uggs and i don't think any amount of money would've made me accept, so i definitely admire your strength in saying no! :) congrats on your first sponsor! i love this nautical outfit! the shoes really are fitting in seamlessly into your wardrobe!

Ah, great sponsor! I just had a flick through some of their clothes, and I KNOW i@m going to buy a few things from there!

This is such a great outfit! I love how the subtle stripes on your top mimic the stripes on your skirt. Just curious, what kind of fabric is your skirt made out of? It has an interesting texture in the close up photo.

This is so gorgeous. I love your spin on the nautical idea that has been so popular.

You are such an inspiration.

I'm a fan of the crop tops--this one and the one you wore with the big flowered skirt.

Not surprisingly: YOU LOOK LOVELY! SEE I WROTE IT IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE I'M YELLING IT! YOU ROCK!

on a calmer note, congrats on your first sponsor. And I like Ramona West, it is as you described: all the choice thrift-y finds in a clean modern presentation. CONGRATS! (i think i'm yelling again)

on another note: MEG! get your blog copyrighted, AND your photos watermarked. I've been reading all this worrisome stuff about Chictopia selling images without blogger's compensation, and people's pics being used without their consent.

There's a copyright icon on my page, sign your blog up! AND i'm going to email you the watermark software for your photos.

Take care, darlin'. xo. -Bella Q
