Skirt: Vintage
Top: Thrift
Remember when I told you I would take pictures yesterday? Well I lied. I really did mean to, but I left my camera at home & was in too much of a hurry to turn around and get it. However, the Rose Bowl was fun, albeit exhausting. I was surprised by the "higher than I thought it would be" pricing there. By the way, bartering is not my strong suit, and I think that I need to hone my abilities before I return in order to get the best deals. Surely, ancient times of barter/trade would have been a struggle for me. But, I did manage to score big at the Inglewood Goodwill - including a vintage Valentino skirt. Not much to say about this outfit today - my legs are too sore.

ReplyDeletehey pretty lady! so bummed i couldn't meet you at the flea market on sunday. maybe next month? i hear ya about the prices though...it's kinda ridiculous. and the bartering gets easier. trust me. i wasn't good at it in the beginning either. did you happen to find the $5 vintage dress tent? if we go together one of these days...we'll hit it up. :)
ReplyDeletei'm not very good at bartering either. and then i hate when people try to barter with me when i do markets. i'm too emotional! but anyway... it sounds the valentino skirt was score enough for the day!
