Blouse: Thrifted Jumper: Vintage Shoes: Frye

My boyfriend likes to call this jumper-esque number my Sound of Music Dress.  Its a bit like female lederhosen, but without all the cool leather.  Instead of wearing it up, I decided to let it all hang out & match it with a blouse and a belt.

On a side note, its quite rainy today, which equates to a fantastic & relaxing day off here by the beach.  Hope that you're all having a great weekend!

It looks so warm... it was pretty much dark outside all day today up near SF. :(

That's really creative to wear that without the bib up! And it does seem a little reminiscent of the outfits the kids wear in The Sound of Music, which I've always thought were really cool. Haha.

Love how you wore the jumper! It's so different and fun! I bet it would've looked so great up layered over that fantastic blouse as well though :) Your make up looks wonderful too dear!

That is such a cute idea!! I love how you wore the jumper!! I really like your blouse and your briefcase as well- I think that together, they gave the outfit a sort of 1940's feel.

I really like your personal style- I'm following you now! :D
