Today is what we call in the blogging business as a “lazy day”. It’s my first day off in a while, and I’m looking forward to sorting through unexplored dressers to see what I can’t live without, and what I can donate this week.
However, this outfit doesn’t feel like a lazy outfit, because velvet has an uncanny ability to make every girl feel pretty. I love to mix different fabrics with velvet, as any mix tends to accentuate the fabrics that you put together. Pair it with a hat, and you’re off for any occasion – like a nap – which I intend on taking right now.
