Yes, I know it's this hat again. I've been searching far and wide for hats this shape but have yet to find any, so I incorporate this one into as many looks as I can. I own over fifty hats, but something about the flat top and wide brim has me running to this particular hat every time I need to complete a look. A hat is such a great way to give a simple outfit that little something that takes it from a simple laid back look to a snazzy fashion forward look in an instant.

Oh another subject, I have a question for all of you. I have been debating adding a How to get this look section to each post. Since 90% of my outfits are comprised of vintage clothing I think it would be nice to show you all how to get the look using modern brands. What do you think?

I hope you are having a marvelous weekend!

Personally, I do not think that coping a look is what is all about, but to inspire others to create their own look base on what they see in yours. That can only be done by themselves.don´t you think????
Blue loves you, and me too.
Have a wonderful weekend Meg.

It IS a darling hat. You have fifty? I envy you so much. Hats are my thing. As far as putting a "How to get this look" section, do what you want. Don't feel like you have to do it in every single post (That could be a pain.), only the ones you want to.

It's such a great colour sweater! Is the collar part of the sweater, or a top underneath? Either way, it looks great poking out, and I think that a How to Get This Look section would be great!

That sweater is too gorgeous and I love all the color mix in it!!

And I think it would be a good idea on adding a new section to each post. I mean maybe not every post but once a week in each post would be good :)

not a bad idea. it'd rock if each item was less than $30. I have this rule thingy...

Ok, so, I had to laugh. There I was on facebook, and I saw that one of my old high school friends had liked this outfit on Chictopia. It looked cute in the thumbnail, so I clicked...and there you were! I'm pretty sure he liked it because of the hat.
