Two post in three days - are you proud of me? Anyways, I took advantage of the nice weather to take a drive up a road that is only open during the summer months (all four of them!). Guardsmen Pass goes up to almost 10k feet, and I’ll tell you that the views are stunning. There are mountains, rivers, forests, squirrels and teepees! One thing that stinks is the insane wind at the highest elevation point where we took these photos. All of that aside, I wore my new Charlie's Back jeans from Denimfactoria for the first time, and I’m loving the fit. The flare in these pants inspired a bit of “hippy chic” in me, and I have to say that it was a comfortable look for the peak of summer.

I think the wind adds some nice visual interest - i love the shot where your scarf belt is going crazy. and as long as you don't have to worry about your camera blowing over...

Those jeans are incredible! They are like the perfect jean - normal denim blue, long enough to wear with heels but not too long, fitted but still with a slight flare. ARGH i need them in my life :D Also love the scarf as a belt idea
