You know those belly shirts from the late 80's/ early 90's with the extra fabric at the bottom to tie into a not? Ummmm I came across one at goodwill last weekend and could not resist the purchase- perfect to pair with high waisted skirt or trousers. Its a bit Kelly Kapowski but that is absolutely fine with me. BIG SMiLES
