As, hopefully, some of you read in my Q&A the other day, I am an avid hiker. Usually, I'll take advantage of the scenery, or that of random expeditions, to backdrop my photos for this blog. However, most of you should also notice the redundancy of backgrounds that is my apartment complex. Today, I was hoping for a change of pace from my busied mornings to explore "the grounds" of my complex to break the cycle of "grass, building, cue offset trees". And yes, my complex is large enough to explore. I found this little spot by a playground - which if you recall involves "unruly children" which was noted as a pet peeve of mine - but the light was nice, and the symmetry was a good change of pace.
These shoes are one my latest thrift acquisitions - 7 bucks! I scored some Jeffrey Cambell's for around the same price at the same store. I feel they complete this little summer outfit to kick off the holiday weekend - especially since I work by the beach. I hope that you're all ready for my outfit tomorrow, because its unbelievably patriotic. 'MERIKA!
